We’re excited to have you with us.
To make sure everyone feels good and safe, please keep in mind a few simple rules:
🎟️ Access & Tickets
Entry is granted based on a valid ticket. Ticket sales close one day before the event.
Tickets may be available at the venue, depending on capacity.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances. We want to keep the atmosphere enjoyable for everyone.
🎒 Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal items. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
💰 Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
Refunds are only possible if the event is officially canceled.
📷 Photo & Video
Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By participating, you agree that images may be used for promotional purposes.
🛟 Safety
If anything feels uncomfortable or if any issue arises during the party, please inform a member of the RO-KO team or the club staff immediately. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp.
We will check the situation right away and take action as quickly as possible.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for incidents caused by excessive alcohol consumption or negligence, but will do their best to intervene promptly.
